How It Works
With our host-paid service, you cover the cost of transportation for your guests. We provide a private group code that gives them access to a custom ride option in our app. No payment required on their end — just a smooth, easy ride.
Your guests will:
- Download the Coastal Rides app
- Create a profile and enter your group code
- Book a ride to or from the event using our simple scheduling feature
- Travel for free — you only pay for the rides used
Cost & Setup
- Minimum Setup Fee: $250 (includes rides up to that value)
- Additional Trips:
- Base fare of $17.95 per trip
- Or $5 + $2.25 per person (up to 4 people per trip)
- $0.50/km per additional guest to the same address
- Larger groups and pooled rides are supported
- Cash tips welcome but not required
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to allow time for setup. You’ll provide your event date, location, and a group code for guests. Rides can be scheduled up to 7 days in advance for guaranteed availability.
