Vehicle Options & Rates
14-Passenger Shuttle (Sunshine Coast & Comox Valley Only)
Ideal for larger groups, retreats, or venue shuttles.
- 8:00 AM - 8:00: PM: $175/hr
- 8:00 PM - 10:30 PM: $225/hr
- 10:30 PM onwards: $260/hr
- All rates are subject to a 5% GST and a 15% gratuity. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required.
9-Passenger Shuttle (available on the Sunshine Coast)
Perfect for mid-size groups or wedding party transportation.
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM: $165/hr
- 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM: $200/hr
- 10:30 PM onwards: $225/hr
- All rates are subject to a 5% GST and a 15% gratuity. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required.
6-Passenger Shuttle
Great for VIPs, overflow transportation, or smaller parties.
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM: $135/hr
- 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM: $145/hr
- 10:30 PM onwards: $150/hr
- All rates are subject to a 5% GST and a 15% gratuity. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required.
4-Passenger Shuttle
Great for VIPs, overflow transportation, or smaller parties.
- 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM: $95/hr
- 8:00 PM – 10:30 PM: $100/hr
- 10:30 PM onwards: $120/hr
- All rates are subject to a 5% GST and a 15% gratuity. A minimum booking of 2 hours is required.
Deposits & Payment
14-Passenger Shuttles
- $400 refundable deposit required via e-transfer
- Covers damages, spills, or overtime
- One week before your event, we’ll confirm your final payment estimate
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the event
9-Passenger Shuttles
- Reservation held by credit card via the Coastal Rides app
- Covers damages, spills, or overtime
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled 14+ days before the event
Note: Each booking block is treated as a separate shift (e.g. morning and late night runs are billed separately with a 2-hour minimum each).

- A fuel surcharge applies for service beyond Halfmoon Bay, BC
- Additional vehicles may be available upon request and availability
- Drivers are professional, courteous, and experienced
- Coastal Rides vehicles are fully insured and licensed for commercial use
